We provided our requirements, policies and internal processes to the project management team who subsequently implemented our needs with minimal impact to the business. All cost of change was restricted to the fleet department, ensuring that there was no decline in productivity to the business as a whole. The IFS price structure has also enabled us to make savings to our fleet operational costs. The service provided by the project management team, including taking responsibility for tasks outside of their normal day-to-day role, has been fantastic with all issues, risks and queries being resolved quickly and efficiently by the team.
