At Inchcape Fleet Solutions, our ‘can do’ attitude is visible in everything we do – so is our friendly culture and positive buzz.

We take staff well-being very seriously. By listening to everyone’s views through our staff surveys, being transparent by sharing driver and customer feedback, and investing in our people through on-going training, we all enjoy what we do – and customers can sense this.

With all departments under one roof, there’s also real team spirit and a sense of ‘one-ness’.

Staff seem to really love the smaller touches, such as new starter lunches and birthday lie ins, which make us a bit different.

We’ve always believed that happy staff will deliver fantastic customer service, and that’s why we enjoy such high ratings in our customer and driver surveys, and proudly remain an accredited member of the Institute of Customer Service.
